The area is sketchy at night but the building and apartment are secure. Just he aware that there are no active businesses or residents in the area after dark. Great place for young people who want a great bargain (safe,clean,necessities). "

If you are alloted the room with shared common area, be aware that sound insulation is not the best so you're hope would be you get not so loud neighbors like we did."
