The keys will need to be picked up at the campsite reception.
Check-ins will be available from 4pm, however there are paid options to arrive from 11am or 12pm (please notify in advance if you would like to arrive earlier for logistical reasons) and check-outs are at 10am at the latest, with paid options to leave at noon or 2pm.
