This is one of the remaining historical buildings in Souderton and is in the historic district of Souderton. This apartment is newly renovated and is 3rd floor loft, very bright and airy. Private entrance. This includes large master bedroom and 1 small single bedroom and 1 fukk bathroom with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and new laminates. Also has dining area and living room. Private parking. Located in center of town and convenient to main street, theater, restaurants, schools,, convenience stores, local park and more, 4o minutes to Philadelphia, 30 minutes to Allentown, 20 minutes to Lake Nockamixon Park
