Soniette is a traditional holiday home with a private swimming pool that can be covered so that the water stays super warm when the sun has been shining during the day. Soniette is located in the heart of the Lot / Dordogne and is located on the hills (very calm location) close to the river Dordogne and the nice town of Souillac. You have a beautiful view on several sides of the house. Choose a spot in the garden and enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh croissants and a baguette, or start the day with a dip in the lovely swimming pool.

Interior
Typical French living/dining room, if you like the French authentic style, then this is the place for you. Well equipped kitchen with new kitchen appliances. Prefer something more modern? Then the bedrooms (everything is on the ground floor) and the new bathroom are certainly attractive to you, because they have been completely renovated and have new good beds! Two bedrooms with 2 x box-spring single beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed (new mattress) and a separate modern, completely new bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have airconditioning.

Outside
There are several terraces around the house, so you can sit in the sun or shade at all times. Beautiful vistas!

Environment
Do you want to see more of the area? Then get in the car and drive to the local market on Friday morning for the tastiest regional products, or how about a wine tour? A little more adventurous is a visit to the caves such as the Gouffre du Padirac or a visit to the beautiful towns of Rocamadour or Sarlat ...

Attention: owner lives near the house, but has the terrace on the other side of their house so that you can stay as private as possible. They never use the pool and are there if you need them, otherwise they are discreet.
