"We had an amazing first trip to Marrakech thanks to Hassan and the staff at Darchica! The riad was an oasis of calm from the busy Medina and our room was spacious, relaxing and beautifully clean. At the end of my trip I got food poisoning, and wasn’t flying out till 9pm, and they let me stay in the room resting until I had to go to the airport, instead of having to check out at 11. "Lovely and peaceful place in the middle of the bustling and chaotic medina. We had room #1 on the ground floor which was large and very nicely decorated, albeit with a somewhat awkward sunken bath tub integrated into the floor in the middle of the room. Watch out if you visit the toilet during the night! We also liked the roof terrace and the breakfast! They also have a small pool there but we didn't use it. Note that as the hotel is in the middle of the medina, you can't access it by taxi. Hence when you arrive, you should call the hotel and they will send someone to trolley your luggage the ~350m from the main road. That said, the location is very central and very close to the Le Jardin Secret and Dar El Bacha. Would we stay again? 100%."

"One of our many stays here and whilst we would return, there is room for improvements. The rooms are lovely and spacious; however, our room was very noisy late at night due to being adjacent to a nightclub and service areas. Unfortunately earplugs were not available at the front desk. Food is always fantastic with plenty of options and the grounds are stunning and well maintained. Waiting staff in the restaurant and bars are wonderful and the rooms were well kept by housekeepers."
