Designed by an architect, La Maourelle was thought out specifically for holidays. Very open on the outside, you will appreciate its big patio doors and its 250sq.m terrace that leads to the two pools: one for adults and one for children. Its construction principle is a woodframe, the philosophy one of respecting the environment. Planted amidst pine trees and oaks, its ocean color dissolves delicately in the complete palette of greens. Also, you will surely appreciate the 6 person steam bath and gym.
Our village houses, all ground floor only, are sprinkled over the pine woods of the Grayan-et- l'HĂŽpital urbanisation, into grounds of at least 2000sq.m grounds.

Really nice stay at this place. All stuff was functional and the communication was excellent. The bikes were a little bit old and not as functional as expected. Because of the rain the last months we had problems with the bathroom and the toilet. In the middle of our stay the faeces got through the sink of the shower, so we were not able to use the bath for two days. The contact with the concierge of the establishment was very good and he took this problem seriously. After two days he solved the issue for us. Unfortunately up to this day we didn’t recieve any apology from the owner of house.

Das Haus entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung auf der FeWo-Direkt Homepage. Wir haben dort zu viert 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber, so war z.B. die Fuge zwischen Fliesen und Duschwanne rundherum verschimmelt. Auch hat die SpĂŒlmaschine das Geschirr/Besteck nicht sehr suffizient gereinigt, was dazu fĂŒhrte, dass wir am ersten Abend, nach 16 Stunden Anreise, erstmal alles von Hand spĂŒlen mussten um halbwegs sauberes Geschirr zu bekommen. In dieser Preisklasse hĂ€tte ich doch etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Von solchen Lappalien haben wir uns aber den Spaß am Urlaub wahrlich nicht verderben lassen... Sehr Ă€rgerlich fanden wir jedoch, dass auf der FeWo-Direkt Homepage der Eindruck erweckt wurde das Haus befĂ€nde sich in Soulac Sur Mer, siehe dazu Auszug aus der Homepage: "Entdecke die Gegend KarteKarte Soulac-Sur-Mer, Nouvelle-Aquitaine Auf Karte anzeigen Soulac-sur-Mer Beach 7 Gehminuten Soulac Casino 10 Gehminuten Museum of the Northern Medoc Fortress 13 Gehminuten Bordeaux (BOD-Merignac) 95 Autominuten" Was dort nicht explizit steht ist, dass die Unterkunft in dem sehr kleinen Weiler L'Hopital, 12 km von Soulac Sur Mer entfernt liegt. Die Entfernung zum nĂ€chst gelegenen Strand betrĂ€gt 7 km!! Ich kann das nicht anders als als bewusste TĂ€uschung der Kunden bezeichnen.

La propriĂ©tĂ© est conforme Ă  l’annonce: agencement bien pensĂ©, piscine superbe, sauna, belle maison, trĂšs bons Ă©quipements, plages pas trĂšs Ă©loignĂ©es, etc. Bonne communication avec Bernard en amont de notre arrivĂ©e, et avec Thierry qui gĂšre l’accueil. Petit souci d’évacuation d’eau pendant le sĂ©jour, gĂ©rĂ© avec rĂ©activitĂ© par Bernard. Merci de l’accueil! Si vous regardez cette annonce, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s!

En tombant sur cette annonce, j'ai eu un coup de cƓur pour la terrasse puis pour les prestations dans leur ensemble. Nous n'avons absolument pas Ă©tĂ© déçu! Nous Ă©tions 6, 3 adultes et 3 enfants de 16, 15 et 10 ans. La villa est nichĂ©e au milieu des chĂȘnes : calme et sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© assurĂ©e. L'extĂ©rieur est juste WOW! Nous avions besoin de calme, de nous retrouver en famille. Nous n'avons quasiment pas visitĂ© les alentours. Nous avons profitĂ© pleinement du cadre qu'offre la villa : la piscine, table de ping-pong, salle de sport. J'ai pu lire dans certains commentaires que les chambres sont petites. Soit. Mais une chambre c'est fait pour dormir et pour ce faire leur taille est trĂšs correcte!! Choisir ce gite, c'est choisir de vivre ouvert sur l'extĂ©rieur : une terrasse de dingue dans un Ă©crin de verdure. La piĂšce Ă  vivre trĂšs conviviale est son deuxiĂšme atout majeur. La communication avec Bernard a Ă©tĂ© parfaite. TrĂšs rĂ©actif, et on sent que cette location est pensĂ©e pour ĂȘtre "comme Ă  la maison". L'accueil Ă  l'arrivĂ©e par Thierry Ă©tait parfait aussi. Maison propre, lits faits, linge de maison... tout y Ă©tait. Vous posez vos valises et vous profitez! Etat des lieux de dĂ©part, supervisĂ© par Florence. Merci Ă©galement Ă  elle pour son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur. Notre seul regret, devoir partir. C'est passĂ© trop vite. Vous l'aurez compris, je suis tombĂ©e sous le charme de la Villa des Maourelles. Si je dois rĂ©sumer : allez y les yeux fermĂ©s!

La terrasse est somptueuse , la piĂšce de vie est agrĂ©able , les chambres sont par contre toutes petites et il n y a qu’une seule salle d’eau + une douche dans une chambre. La maison doit ĂȘtre beaucoup plus agrĂ©able l Ă©tĂ© lorsque l on vit plutĂŽt en extĂ©rieur. Ce fut nĂ©anmoins un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able , trĂšs belle rĂ©gion avec de beaux produits.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Hospital und konnten das Haus, den Pool, die RĂ€der und das Fitnesscenter in vollen ZĂŒgen genießen. Leider haben wir erst kurz vor Abreise die genaue Adresse erhalten, die 9 km entfernt war von der Karte auf Fewo-Direkt. Die Kommunikation mit Thierry hat bestens geklappt und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefĂŒhlt.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig an einer kaum befahrenen Straße. Es ist modern eingerichtet und der Pool und der umliegende Garten waren sehr gut gepflegt. Im Schatten der BĂ€ume findet man auch bei heißem Wetter immer einen schattigen Platz. Thierry war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Des vacances de PĂąques;fin avril dĂ©but mai) trĂšs rĂ©ussies avec enfants et petits enfants tous trĂšs bien installĂ©s :: le temps nous a permis d’apprĂ©cier la piscine le sauna et la salle de gym et faire de nombreuses balades sur le littoral. Juste parfait! La maison est magnifique, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, correspond parfaitement Ă  la description. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs Ă  l’écoute ainsi que la personne gestionnaire de la location. Les enfants ont adorĂ© la piscine, les balades Ă  vĂ©los jusqu’à la plage et toutes les nombreuses activitĂ©s du coin.

Ein architektonisch cool gestaltetes Holzhaus mit einer megamĂ€ĂŸig großen Holzterrasse und wunderschön alten großen Böumen, die herrlichen natĂŒrlichen Schatten boten. Die RĂ€ume innen (Schlaf- und Badezimmer) sind eher klein. Die KĂŒche ist praktikabel aber fĂŒr 8 Leute eher mit zu kleinen bzw. wenigem Kochgeschirr. Wir waren aber nur vier, daher war es nicht so wild. Ansonsten ist das Haus (etwas wenig BadwĂ€sche bzw. normale HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr die Waschbecken) gut ausgestattet gewesen. TatsĂ€chlich gab es nur ein Bad im Haupthaus und ein weiteres im Anbau. Aber so war man viel an der frischen Luft vor dem Schlafen gehen. Auf die Duschzelle in einem Zimmer könnte man eher verzichten. Letztlich tat dies dem Urlaub aber ĂŒberhaupt keinen Abbruch. Wir haben jeden Abend herrliche und stilvolle Momente auf der Terrasse verbringen können. Die Reaktionen und der Service auf Anfragen oder Probleme war prompt und erstklassig. Das Haus ist eindeutig zu empfehlen und liegt schön ruhig. Mit dem Rad ist alles gut erreichbar. FĂŒr 8 Erwachsene hielte ich es aber ein wenig zu eng.

Nous avons passé une semaine trÚs agréable. La maison est magnifique ainsi que le jardin avec une piscine bleue transparente. Je recommande fortement cette maison avec un propriétaire et Aurélia qui vous rendent le séjour trÚs sympa.

Un bon repos dans une belle maison. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dan la maison de M. et Mme Abbou. nous avons été accueilli par M. Alain qui nous à bien expliqué comment fonctionnait les équipements. La maison était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Il ne manquait rien la cuisine idéalement équipée.Toutes les chambres ont un lavabo ce qui est bien agréable. Nous nous sommes détendus au sauna aprÚs avoir pris un bain dans la piscine chauffée. Je vous conseille vivement cette maison.

J’ai trouvĂ© ce que j’attendais. Depuis le Liban la cĂŽte Atlantique attire par sa beautĂ© supposĂ©e et la gentillesse de ses habitants. C’est bien ce que j’ai trouvĂ© dans ce « petit coin de Paradis », comme le dit Bernard, le propriĂ©taire de la maison. Oui, un petit Paradis au calme ! La gentillesse d’Alain, qui nous a accueilli et sa disponibilitĂ© sont tellement apprĂ©ciable aprĂšs un long voyage. La piscine chauffĂ©e juste bien. La maison impeccable. Il n’y manque rien. Les vĂ©los nous ont permis de faire une ballade dans les pinĂšdes. On a eu un plaisir particulier Ă  vivre cette maison faite pour les vacances. VoilĂ  nous continuons notre pĂ©riple en France en espĂ©rant trouver aussi bien que « La Maourelle ». Merci Bernard et Nadine pour votre petite surprise bien Française. A une prochaine fois.
