Pretty villa of character located ideally in the center of Soulac-Sur-Mer with 350 m of the supervised central beach and 450 m of the street of the beach of Soulac-sur-Mer with its stores, its restaurants and its covered market with fish, meat and vegetables. For holidays, the car is not necessary. The house has been renovated, is well equipped and can accommodate 5 people. The house is independent and has a garden with a terrace and several balconies.

Hübsches, originelles Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist original von der Jahrhundertwende - charmant und schön, baulich weitgehend im Originalzustand. Kleiner Garten mit 2 Liegen und Essplatz. Etwas schade war, dass es kein WLan gab. Die Dusche ist für größere Menschen schwierig, da unter einer Schräge, sehr niedrig. Die Lage und der Ort sind aber traumhaft.

Good Visit! Beautiful Location.

We had a great time and it’s a lovely, well appointed house in a superb location. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The beds are a little small, but perfect for our family of four. Do notice that bedding, wifi, and final cleaning are not part of the payment in case you need more data on your phone contract before you arrive or to make bedding arrangements with the owner.

Belle semaine automnale à Soulac

Très jolie maison, facile à vivre et à s’approprier grâce sa décoration fonctionnelle mais qui correspond aussi à l’idée que l’on se fait d’une maison de vacances. Elle est proche de l’océan et des commerces, tout est donc facile.. on a adorés !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Der kleine Ort und der Strand sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa typique de SOULAC, accès facile à pied au centre et à la mer, bien équipée avec une petite terrasse sur l'arrière pour prendre ses repas ou faire de la chaise longue. Propriétaire facilement joignable et sympathique.

Sommer im französischen Seebad...

Ein wunderschönes altes Heim mit kleinen Eigenarten, über die man gerne hinwegsieht, wenn man das romantisch, künstlerische mit liebevollen Details geschmückte Haus sieht. Wir haben rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Soulac Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt Nähe am Meer und ist eine schönes altes Haus, bestimmt mehr als 100 Jahre alt, und hat Sitzmöglichkeiten um das ganze Haus herum. Innen sehr gut ausgestattet.

Merveilleux séjour

"Etant expatriée en Afrique, quel plaisir de venir passer quelques jours en France dans cette jolie villa de bord de mer chargée d'histoire! La maison a conservé le charme des villas estivales du début du siècle dernier tout en intégrant le confort moderne. Elle est joliment renovée a l'interieur et très bien equipée. Aurélie est facilement joignable et répond très gentiment et clairement aux questions. J'y étais en mi-saison avant l'été et ai pu profiter des animations de la station balnéaire, tout près, tout en étant au calme en rentrant à la maison. Je recommande vivement!!"

Netter Ort für einen Sommerurlaub bis Mitte September

Wir waren leider etwas zu spät in Soulac - das Wetter war schon herbstlich und die Fenster im Haus nicht dicht - es war daher bei schlechterem Wetter ein bisschen ungemütlich - auch die Strandbars etc. waren teilweise schon geschlossen. Das Haus ist nett (Küche sehr gut ausgestattet)- hat aber den Nachteil dass man in das Bad nur durch ein Schlafzimmer gelangt - daher eher nur für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet - oder für zwei Paare von denen das eine Frühaufsteher ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut - man ist sehr nahe dem Strand ind im Ort - alles fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt auch gute Radwege und Fahhrradverleihe im Ort. Fazit: ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil für den Sommer bis ca. 15.9. für Familien, die ein Durchgangsschlafzimmer nicht stört.

Super Lage: 5 Minuten in die Stadt und 3 Minuten zum Strand

Fussläufig ist alles bestens zu erreichen. Für alle Besorgungen, unterschiedliche Restaurantbesuche und Strandaufenthalte ist kein Fahrzeug notwendig. Toller Startpunkt aber auch für schöne Fahrradtouren auf separierten Fahrradwegen zum Markt nach Monatalivet oder zur Fähre in Le Verdon ermöglichen schöne Halbtagsausflüge. Toller Empfang durch eine nette Dame und super nette Vermieter, die jederzeit erreichbar sind, um in ehrlicher Art und Weise für das Wohl Ihrer Gäste zu sorgen. Moderne Ausstattung kombiniert mit "soulacinisch" historischem Baustil machen hier richtig Spass. Vielen Dank Silvia und Georg
