Toujours aussi satisfaite de cet héberge idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Parfait pour un séjour en septembre ou le beau temps était au rendez vous

L'appartement est globalement confortable, et la résidence est plutôt récente et en bonne état.Dans les points négatifs, nous avons été un peu surpris du Triplex qui n'est pas très explicite sur l'annonce, ça fait beaucoup d'escalier ! Heureusement l'appartement est très bien aménagé.La vue sur mer est plutôt partielle mais cela reste agréable.La plancha remplace avantageusement le barbecue et nous nous sommes régalés.Le point le plus important est evidement la mer quasiment au pieds de la résidence ! De plus, la plage étant éloignée des grandes plages touristiques de Soulac, on est un peu moins serrés. Attention tout de même, la qualité du sable n'est pas aussi bonne, mais rien de dramatique.

Super Lage - Wohnung hat noch Verbesserungspotential

Das Beste an der Wohnung ist zweifelsohne deren Lage. Die Wohnung selbst hingegen hat schon einige Mängel (hier in der Reihenfolge unserer persönlichen Gewichtung): 1. Es gibt in der gesamten Wohnung keinen einzigen nutzbaren Kleiderschrank! Völlig inakzeptabel! 2. Das Bad im ersten Stock ist ohne jegliche Entlüftung - nur über die Badezimmertür in den Schlafraum möglich! 3. das "Doppelbett" im ersten Stock hat eine gute Matratze, ist aber nur 140 cm breit - für zwei Erwachsene ungeeignet! 4. Für einen zweiten Erwachsenen gibt es theoretisch weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten im zweiten Stock. Diese beiden Betten im zweiten Stock verfügen jedoch lediglich über einen minderwertigen Sprungrahmen mit billigen und leider auch verschmutzten Matratzen. Für Erwachsene so nicht zumutbar! 5. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen relativ großen Balkon, sehr schön! Leider befindet sich über dem Balkon ein Ruheplatz von Spatzen, die permanent ihren Mist herunterfallen lassen. Beim Sitzen am Tisch fällt dieser Mist schonmal ins Essen. Als wir ankamen war der Tisch völlig zugeschissen. Das ist so nicht hinnehmbar! 6. Die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Die Küchenzeile allerdings inklusive der Dunstabzugshaube benötigt eine gründliche Reinigung von Fettrückständen. Betrifft alle Schränke und Schubladen! 7. Das Dachfenster war undicht wegen Defekt. Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen, wenn wenigstens die einfach behebbaren Mängel beseitigt sind, da uns alles Andere sehr gefallen hat.

L'appartement est très bien pour deux personnes avec sa terrasse très agréable. Les vélos (de bonnes qualités) a disposition nous ont été d'une grande utilité car nous nous sommes déplacé qu'en vélo. Merci beaucoup

Relaxing place

Thank you for this wonderful and clean place that we were able to spend time at. It's right next to the beach and we could really relax after a long exhausting year. The dog of my friend had enough space and we were able to have each space for each other to relax , but also a very comfortable living space/open kitchen to come together and enjoy music and food. If you want to fall asleep and wake up to the relaxing sound of the ocean you are right here.
