"The great location is the biggest plus of this place. In conjunction with underground parking, it is the best selling point. Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor. "The host never contacted us. We have been waiting at outside of the apartment for more than 4 hours. Ive rang and email and lots of different ways to contact host and nothing at all. DO NOT PAY THE APARTMENT! Shame on the HOST. "

"Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. "Staff were busy, but they were handling the pressure efficiently. Sanjeta and Hani (not sure I spelt their names right) were friendly and very supportive. Staff like them will make one choose Leonardo hotel always. They make you feel welcome and at home. "

"All hotel staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room and the majority of the hotel and its facilities were spotlessly clean. The hotel food was excellent. The breakfast was quite expensive considering it was not included, but there was a wide choice of options for every dietary requirement. Not a major issue, but the area of the gym used for stretching (which was located behind the machines was quite dusty in the corners and they could do with some new mats in that area. The two that were there were quite worn, but just a small detail which may only be noticed by someone who does a lot of floor exercises! Other than this minor detail, I can definitely recommend this hotel. "

Very enjoyable few days

"Spent 2 nights here the staff were very helpful and friendly The room was very comfortable with plenty of storage space and air conditioning very good as it was 30 degrees during our stay. The pool area was very good. We only ate in the restaurant on one evening and it was very good."
