Gîte 'Lieu De Stages' with Mountain View, Shared Terrace and Garden

Located in Souternon, this 130 m² gîte can accommodate up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features a 60 m² pocket theatre with a small stage, which can also serve as a large living room with a sofa. The space can be arranged with tables and chairs to host up to 40 people at the table. The small theatre and the kitchen are adjacent.



The property offers a mountain view and has a private workspace, making it an ideal place for workshops, artistic residencies, family gatherings, or association meetings. You can enjoy the uncovered shared terrace and garden while admiring the panoramic view of the Monts du Lyonnais and Forez hills. The natural environment provides a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxation and inspiration.
