"My family had an absolutely wonderful time in Tacoma at this home, it could not have been better. The house had every amenity we could ask for, was very easy to check in and settle in, and Emmy was extremely communicative throughout our stay. If/when my family comes back to Tacoma we would love to stay here again!"

"You cannot go wrong with this rental. The views are insane, sunsets ridiculous, the hot tub a plus, and Jennelle was so attentive to every detail in her design. Cute, cozy and clean. It was great for our family, and then romantic for me and my wife once we dropped off our daughter at college. Jennelle was very responsive, and even helped offer porivisions that we forgot at the grocery store. Absolute 11 out of 10!"
Hot Tub + Sauna: Home 8 Mi to Downtown Tacoma!

"There were 7 of us seniors who rented this house for three days, and it worked out great. Besides the amenities of the pool, hot tub, cabana, volleyball court (which we didn’t use), there is a cute little playhouse that would be great for children. There is also a large barbecue and patio table. The kitchen is well-stocked, except there was only one kitchen towel, and we couldn’t use both ovens at once because the breaker would go off. The kitchen appliances are very nice. The living room is large and comfortable with a big TV, and there is also a little sitting room next to the front entrance. The location is good for taking a neighborhood walk. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs (no hand rail on the stairs), and three bedrooms with two bathrooms on the main floor. Our only complaint was that our key code did not work to get into the house when we arrived. I called Evolve and the agent was very helpful and gave us another code, which did not work. He was able to contact the owner who came over and gave us the correct code (the back slider was unlocked and we were able to get in that way as well). Unfortunately, the person listed as the contact person (the cleaning lady) did not answer her phone, and her message box was full. Other than that initial frustration, everything went well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This is a very nice house, beautiful lake and Mt Rainier views. Enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the lake. Kitchen was well stocked and updated. The only negative:The house is advertised as lake front, I would say it is more lake access. There is a walking lane down to the lake. When standing on the very nice deck you look down on another house, then the lake."

"My son and I were in town for a lacrosse tournament, and this was the perfect place for our stay. The room was cozy, clean, well stocked, etc. The on-site hosts were lovely. The back yard and the lake are incredible! The water craft that are available to use made it so fun, although they could use a few more oars. There is no AC, but the breeze coming off the lake kept it very comfortable in the room. We absolutely loved our stay, and we would absolutely book again."
