I feel that the room could have been a bit cleaner. Broken cabinets. Very comfortable bed tho. Time in room was for resting this time. I'm in the area frequently and will be visiting occasionally with family and would expect them to feel comfortable

My stay here was perfectly fine, but nothing to write home about. On the positive side, the room was very clean and the front desk staff were polite when I checked in. On the negative side, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow and kept dropping its connection. It is an okay choice if you just need a standard place to sleep, but it feels a bit overpriced for what you actually get.

We stayed only for 2 nights. The second day we had 3 different instances of the fire alarm going off and having to evacuate - including at 3am. There was urine and vomit in the halls that were not cleaned until morning, black mold and water damage on the ceiling of our room, and the bed sounded like it might collapse any time I or my partner rolled over in bed.

Drawers were broken, someone used room before check in and left hair shavings in bathroom sink, cabinets dirty, chair stained, no extra toilet paper, no plastic cups, fridge not stable and cobbled, fridge did not properly cool.

Upon arrival, large numbers of unkempt people milling about in parking lot, run down cars that appeared to have people living in them. Men with pit bulls on leashes at back of hotel. This appears to be a long term stay hotel. Booked through a third party (Expedia) with a no refund policy for this stay. I had just dropped daughter off at college after long day unpacking hoping for a stay depicted in photos. Turned around and left after denied refund from receptionist, I had just made reservation 5 minutes before as all hotels were booking very quickly. Had to drive 3 hours toward 6 hour drive home to find accommodations. Wasn’t sure how long unpacking would take so I did not reserve a hotel in advance. Do not stay here.

Fire alarm went off 4 times in my weeklong stay. 18 times in the past month. Third floor hallway was never swept during my week. But room was nice, clean and comfortable. Lots of fast food and other restaurants nearby. Very nice walking/jogging trail behind the hotel.
