Great location for an ND football game, but the hotel is rundown and in need of refurbishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Exorbitantly priced due to a home football game, but close to campus so somewhat of a trade-off. Would not stay here on a non-football weekend.

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived there was a set up in the lobby with a "game day" sheet cake with fruit, beverages and assorted grab and go candy. Front desk personal was very friendly. A shuttle service came by on game day to take us to and from the stadium for a reasonable fee. However, bathroom toilet could have been cleaned better.

We booked two nights but left as early as possible after one night. The hotel needs a deep clean and major updates. Room was filthy. Rollaway bed was disgusting. Curtains were falling off. Room smelled like smoke. Something was covering the side of one bed (puke?). Door would not stay closed. Person at the desk was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff will give you towels and sheets. They’re friendly when you check in. Housekeeping is a disaster. The sheets were used and filthy! How lazy are these people?

good location for my purposes and great staff. however it appears the property was acquired by Comfort Suites from a previous hotel owner and has only so far fixed up the lobby area. only 2 old luggage carts available, elevators old and small with broken control buttons, bathroom fixtures old and stained, etc. did have a comfortable bed and nice large flat screen tv.

I would consider our stay over the weekend to be fair. Our room was clean but you can just tell everything's old like the faucet in the shower was hard to turn on and off , tile grout could use a good scrubbing. The elevators definitely not up to code you could tell just by the broken buttons. Everything worked but one button you definitely wouldn't use or you'd probably get a shock. I told the front staff that we did not need our room to be cleaned but if we could just have some fresh towels. He said no problem but asked if we could bring our old towels down and exchange them for some new towels. It did not bother us but this is a place where homeless people stay.

The Room was very Clean . Ray at the front desk was phenomenal and friendly . He had called me to let me know our room was ready earlier so we could check in earlier . So that was very nice and helpful , Will definitely stay next time we come out that way . Only downside was breakfast options could have been a little better especially with the amount of food other guests were stock piling and practically left anything for others

It’s an old facility. It needs rehab however for the price, it was a good deal. Does include breakfast and is close to several chain restaurants.

Being close to the stadium was the only positive thing. At first look the lobby is nice and they did provide free snacks at times. The elevator door open button was completely smashed. I took the stairs everyday instead. Breakfast was okay. Our room was the worst part. There was a 3/4" gap in the bottom of the door, it barely closed and locked. The bathroom had mold in the shower in multiple spots, and the bathroom door was hung so badly it to a hard shoved to get it to close. For a place pricing rooms out at 400 dollars on game weekends I figure they would have the ability to not have mold but idk maybe that is asking to much. I will not stay here ever again.
