4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The host was friendly and easy to communicate with if you made contact. The property was not as clean as it should have been. There were still cups and cans under furniture from past guests. Floors needed swept. I wiped down surfaces before using them. The bathroom was clean, but there were not enough towels provided and one was wet. No dish towels, rags, soap, or toiletries. No coffee maker, or extra amenities here. No paper towels, napkins, etc. Some of the decorations in the pictures aren't present and appliances are not the same. No book to tell you how to clean up or check out either.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This host was terrible. My parents and I were in town for a wedding, and they checked in to the room and found the place hadn't been cleaned and the bed wasn't made. We contacted the host, who said it was a mistake with the cleaner and they would personally go clean the room. They flat out lied. We got back and it was exactly as it was before, so we decided to try to find a cleaner to wash the sheets. Long story short, we got the sheets off the bed and found bed bugs! By this time it was after midnight and we started looking for other hotels in the area but they were all booked within 40 mins. So I had to sleep on the couch while my parents and other guest slept on the other 2 beds just hoping that there were no bugs. When I complained to the host the next day and after canceling the rest of the trip, he said, "lol". He offered a 50% refund, and I had to go through VRBO customer service to get a full refund (which takes many, many phone calls). Worst accommodation experience of my life!
