Reserved at the last minute when another local hotel checked us into a room with one bed instead of the two that we needed for 2 people. Vijay, who was working that night was super helpful and solicitous. The hotel was perfectly fine and walking distance to the airport. It was the staff here that made for a great stay.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. The hotel is clean, but could use some repairs and updates. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Closest hotel to the airport, so super convenient. Despite being close to the airport I found it to be very quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

Good Location but High Price

Good location. Good condition. Friendly service. But comparatively higher price to other hotels in the South Bend area. Needed easy, safe parking for a truck and trailer - and could not get this kind of parking at cheaper downtown hotels.

The staff was remarkable. The hotel had a clean appearance and was very quiet. I did however find a dried washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod once I pulled the curtain closed. It appeared to have been there for some time.

There were stains on bedsheets, there was no hair dryer so I had to skip shower, lights in the bathroom is motion activated so the lights kept turning off and on. Staff is great just need to improve on bedding and amenities.

This hotel is in extremely bad shape. Smells terrible and damage in the common areas. Our room was not ready at 5pm, way past check-in. Once given a room we discovered it wasn’t clean and the previous guests were animals. This hotel needs serious attention. Would not stay there ever again.
