The front desk staff for every shift were THE BEST!! I met them all as I arrived @ 4am and came & went through each shift change during my stay. Everyone was friendly & personable, including the housekeeping staff members I met too. I was very far from Texas but felt as if I was surrounded by the friendliness of my home state. Thank you for making my stay to have my dream of seeing my first Notre Dame football game a wonderful experience. Hope to return again.

Great location for a Notre Dame football game. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were there 3 nights and the staff never cleaned our rooms despite leaving the “please clean” sign on our door.

Staff were very friendly. Room was not clean. Furniture was stained. Bathroom walls were damaged. Only one outside door had a working keypad. Expected more for the room price.

Run down.. towels ran out

The hotel’s cancellation policy on a football weekend was a plus. Breakfast was a plus. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. But building was run down, they RAN out towels. We had to take pool towels. Ice machines were almost all broken. I would not stay again unless it was only one with a room.

Hotel needs some TLC. A former Hampton the hotel showed its age with minor things not working properly like the lights on the elevator call button, peeling wallpaper in a few spots, and a broken pool. Initial room assigned was dirty with Bees and kitty litter or something on and around the AC unit. After pointing this out we were moved, new room fine. Loved the convenience of the ND shuttle for game days!
