Hotel staff was great. Room was clean. Hotel seems to be going through a re-model so there is maintenance that is needed. Back door for rear parking-lot did not work and room had missing pieces like closet door and bathroom shelf. But there were workers there every day so it seems like the fixes are in progress.

I stayed here over 20 years ago when it was a Hampton Inn, and the building is looking a little dated. Room was good sized. Lobby was still nice. However, the only breakfast foods were make-your-own waffles, and stale bread products. No fruit or hot foods like eggs, sausage, or potatoes that we were expecting. Swimming pool had been drained and the treadmill was out of order. Glad I wasn’t counting on using those.

When I arrived, the staff was very helpful and kind, which I appreciated. However, after that initial interaction, I felt neglected. My room was not serviced during my stay, the sheets were not changed, and I had to come downstairs to request fresh towels myself. Basic items such as tissues were not replenished. When I was checking out, a staff member offered to clean the room, but by that point it was no longer helpful since I was leaving. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to guest needs during my stay.
