If Premises needs a ‘deep clean’ due to the condition, a fee of no less than $500 shall be deducted from the security deposit.
No pets, smoking, or subletting is allowed on the Premises - $500 Fine. NOTE: An additional $75 will be charged for the return of any lost items.
