The four bathrooms include showers, a tub, and a bidet for added comfort. Enjoy pre-gaming on the huge sectional and cozy chairs with in the living room and prepare a meal and drinks in the gourmet Kitchen. The basement has a full kitchen and separate living space with super comfortable fold out queen sofa bed and King Bedroom. This house is perfectly located on Howard street exactly 1 mile from the stadium or a pleasant 15 minute walk through a great neighborhood. Trader Joe's, Rocco's, Sunny Italy, The Lauber, Corby's, Macri's, Eddy Street Commons and other spots are just 5 minutes away.
The basement can be locked off to separate this spacious house into two units: 3 Bedrooms upstairs plus loft/office space for 8 people OR a 1 Bedroom apartment with sofa bed that sleeps 4 in basement. With 85" and 75" TV's in the living rooms, you won't miss any of the game day action.
