Cozy South Bimini studio-style villa with dock and beach just steps away!

We are located in the beautiful neighborhood of Port Royal, South Bimini; home to locals and other private homeowners. Our home is a waterfront 2bedroom/2bathroom with 100 feet of private dock, and sleeps 10: total of 4 queens and 2 sleeper sofas on each side of our unique studio-style duplex. Perfect for large groups!

You'll be less than a minute away from the beach and a short drive to Bimini Sands Marina, The Thirsty Turtle, Small's Variety Store, the ferry dock, airport, and much more.

Great spot for family

Great weekend with family and friends. Photos accurately show the property and having the dock to bring our boat over was key. No frills but a great spot if you’re familiar with Bimini. Amanda was wonderful and very responsive. Would come back!

Perfect house for anyone with a boat

Ww enjoyed the ability to tie up our 40ft boat. It was perfect for two families traveling together with kids.

When you get there AC is off Fridge disconnected Everything was turned off, so when you first walk in it’s super hot and everything has a weird smell. No hot water on one side of the unit and clogged sink on that same side. There’s no rooms, which I didn’t like Everything is open and no privacy When we got there there’s was no key so we had to wait about 30 minutes for the keys The lady that we were talking to at the beginning was very nice but the Owner (Richard) needs to learn how to run a business. Very rude and unprofessional! Never staying here again!

Great property and great dock space , would be nice to have water to wash boat and dive gear but with cistern water I understand ! With 2 kitchens and 2 refrigerator’s made it nice for the amount of food needed to stay for a week . Kitchen was pretty well equipped but not glass wear .

"Playtime"

We had a great time in Bimini while we were there. House is perfect for people boating over from Florida. We had 2 30ft center consoles 8 people .Plenty of dock space. The only problem I had was there was not water available to rinse off water gear and boats at end of day. We had fresh water wash downs on our boats, so that helped but we quickly ran thru them. So I would recommend filling up your tanks before going to island if you have that option. Other than that. House was perfect for us. Thanks again!

Excellent place to stay for a boater. Very clean and property staff stop by to check on you and help when needed. Need the boat to access North Bimini or take the ferry, easier if you have your own boat. Overall, great place to stay.

Stayed this past weekend at " playtime ". The house was great. Enjoyed our stay there. The house is at the end of the canal so there is no boat traffic while docked so no worries about other boats creating wake and our boat slamming into the dock. Location is great, very calm and to get to the main island by boat is a short ride. Once out of the canal your there in 5 minutes. Overall had a great experience and will be staying there in any upcoming trip. Amanda was super helpful, answered emails quickly and the owner who happened to pass by one of the days was also very friendly. Thanks for the help

Had an amazing time with the family. The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. Had two kitchens with great A/C, Wifi and big dock for the boat. We travel to Bimini at least 10 times a year and will not stay anywhere else again. The owners were beyond friendly and met us at the house. Really great people.

Awesome place!

We loved staying here, beautiful house! We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for all. The dock was more then enough room for both of our 27' open Contenders as well. Both sides were fully furnished and decorated nicely! Got to meet the owners and they made themselves available for any questions we had. The house is at the end of a canal we stayed on last year as well that's close to everything that we come to Bimini for. It's also just a short walk to the beach. Absolutely no complaints! I believe we were one of the first people to rent the house - only suggestions we would add would be to eventually provide a grill and more outdoor seating (the deck gets a perfect breeze in the evenings!) We will be back!

The names says it all - Amazing Spot to stay!!

Our trip got off to a rocky start and after 1 night on North Bimini and we were in need of a place to stay.. Amanda responded quickly to my inquiry and established communication with my wife (we had issues with our phone service). I met with the owner at the south side ferry terminal, who personally showed me to "Playtime" and then around south island.. This duplex is well equipped and has great and protected location for your boat, which is seriously 15 steps from the door.. We used both units since we had 2 couples in our group.. Clean, comfortable, HOT water, cable TV, lots of space, great docking, and you are allowed to use the infinity pool at Bimini Sands Resort. For years I put off staying on South Bimini, I now regret that I did not stay here prior. - Chris
