Bath: indoor bathroom and seasonal outdoor shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer

Kitchenette: dishes, glasses, and utensils for four, cookware, mini-fridge, electric 2-burner cooktop, microwave,
Keurig, kettle, and French Press, toaster, Crock-Pot, electric griddle, basic spices, starter supply of K-cups, and ground coffee
