"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "Do not prepay if u have to check out early they will not refund you I booked 3 nights had to check out 1 night early went to do my check out at 9:15 am. Check out went fine till I ask for my refund. No refund. Cause I prepaid that a joke they should have been glad I prepaid them but I got no refund and the keep my money for 1 night that I wasn’t even there and re rented the room to someone else double pay for them. "This hotel is a great option for those wanting to visit Mammoth Caves National Park. It’s located off the highway, so easy access. Our room was very clean and with extra space and plenty of storage. WiFi works great too. "
"House is great!! Very clean, well decorated, and lots of amenities (jacuzzi, corn hole, pool table, air hockey, etc). Kitchen is also well stocked. I brought stuff just in case and we didn’t have to use it. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room - 5 bedrooms, loft and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Two en-suite bedroms on the main bedroom with a 1/2 bathroom on the same level was great! Beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive to all messages. Enjoyed our stay immensely!!! "
