"The employees were super. I left my favorite pillow in the roomAnn's i called at around 3:00 pm and asked if it has been found. The front desk gentleman took my information and asked if any of the housekeeping staff had seen it and they said "no". The next day i got a call from the housekeeping manager and she had my pillow. She understood having a favorite pillow because she also had a favorite pillow. She sent it out by FedEx and I got it the day I got home. BUT the best part is that there was a drool spot on my pillowcase which was gone! She had washed my drooly pillowcase!!! Now That's exceptional custom service. That is going above and beyond. I say give that woman a raise. I wish I had gotten her name but I hope this comment reaches her."
