"I booked this property for my sister and niece, who were visiting for my niece’s Abacus International Competition. The overall experience was exceptional. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. Special thanks to Jishnu (General Manager), Aadhityan, Nandu, Sohail, Lakshmi, Ala, and Shravan for their remarkable hospitality. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay."

"Hotel reasonably close to the airport. Booked a two bedroom, two bath apartment for me and parents. First allotted one had a questionable nicotine odor though it was a non smoking room. Front desk was quick to change the room after we notified them. Really nice of them to do that immediately. All staff were very polite and genuinely hospitable. Food was good at Cafe mercara and Madras pavilion. The Madras pavilion buffet is good but not great. Also the buffets gets crowded at any meal and can be noisy during peak hours. For a hotel this big, I felt the gym was small and no indoor stationery bikes either. Would definitely stay here again since I am a Marriott member, although I would check the other similar hotels in this category too. "
