Excellent location and staff was awesome

Room was fine, but the noise from the street was very loud. I was told my upgrade included a bottle of wine with the stay, but thry only offered apple juice. While nice, this is not the same.

We’ve stayed multiple times a year at the paradox. But this last stay felt like they didn’t seem to care about the guests and their experience. Very underwhelmed by everything. So sad, it used to be very unique and I looked forward to staying fhere.
