This beautiful, spacious and brand new colonial is ideally and centrally located mid Cape and situated on a quiet residential street with a private backyard along conservation land. You will feel like you are a world away in this tranquil setting and yet be close enough to shopping, restaurants, and parks to be convenient. The Bay and Sound beaches are minutes away by car. In addition you are near to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, multiple golf courses, fishing piers, boat launches, hiking trails and many more attractions and activities. At the end of the day, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax with your favorite beverage on the deck, BBQ on the outdoor grill and have fun in the backyard with games and activities. Cook in the fully appointed kitchen with granite counter tops or order delivery right to your doorstep. At night, relax in comfort, while enjoying TV and movies on the 75" smart TV. This home is a wonderful retreat whether you are a couple, a group of friends or an extended family.
