We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this East Dennis home. The property is secluded, quiet, and set on a large, well‑maintained lot that provided a peaceful setting throughout our visit. We were greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine from our host, Ron — a thoughtful touch that immediately reflected the care put into this rental.Inside, the home was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was equally enjoyable, with ample seating, a picnic table, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower. Morning coffee on the back patio became a daily highlight, and we were able to host a group of ten for dinner one evening with plenty of room for everyone to relax.Beach access was excellent. Cold Storage Beach is close enough to walk, and trips were easy thanks to the provided beach towels, four chairs, umbrella, and two bikes. The proximity to both Cold Storage and Sea Street Beaches made early morning walks and late‑day visits simple and enjoyable.Ron was an exceptional host — consistently responsive, interactive, and genuinely invested in ensuring our stay went smoothly. His communication and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.This home gave us a perfect Cape Cod week: peaceful, comfortable, and full of great memories. We would not hesitate to rent here again.
