"This trip to HHI is now out 20th. The location was great. The unit was very clean. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2. The beds were very comfortable. We are giving it 4 stars because as we were trying to HHI they reached and asked when we're arriving, giving us the impression we would be getting in early. Come to find out it was a ploy to get us there early and register so that 4pm the line to register would be better. We didn't get our code for the unit until 4pm. But a big kudos to coral sands-our tub was clogged and then our AC went out and they were very prompt in getting them fixed. Overall it was a great stay."

"The location was great. The pool was nice and so was the daily live music. The staff that checks you in can be a bit friendlier and a bit more helpful. Housekeeping, we had them come in 2x to take out the garbage but they didn’t even attempt to make the bed or give us more toilet paper or tissues. I definitely recommend this hotel but I do think that certain things can be tweaked. Please note there is a $35 per day resort fee."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Communication was excellent with the owner. Lots of updates have been done to this unit as we have stayed in others that weren’t as updated. Probably could use a new sleeper sofa."

"Check in was a little dicey. You have to drive to one location to pick up passes then onto the property where the keys are in a lockbox that's difficult to see the numbers, then I couldn't get into my room because I never received instructions with THAT doors code. The representative was very kind and helpful and assisted us. Once that was over, we had no issues with the unit. It had all the amenities of home. All we needed was the food and spices! Lol. The beach is beautiful (Coligny Beach). This area is very family friendly. You can ride your bike anywhere on the island, they even have golf carts and trolleys that take you around."
