"We rented the house for a ski trip to Wolf Creek. The location was perfect. The property has a gorgeous view on the river and it was so peaceful. The hot tub was an added bonus and the kids loved it. One of our favorite places we have stayed in Pagosa! Would stay again."

"Loved the outside yard. Since there is such little grass, we REALLY appreciated the nice grass yard. Outdoor area was very neat and tidy and perfect for us and the dogs. Very roomy in the house. Made us feel comfortable and not cramped at all. Lots of hand soap at the sinks but only had one very tiny soap to share for both showers for 5 days. Kind of strange. "Second time staying at this house and skiing Wolf Creek. Great location to the small town of South Fork. Easy checkin and out. No real issues with the property and easily fit 12 adults / older teens and 1 baby. Great hot tub after the slopes and fire pit down by the river. Great views from house as well. Use Rocky Mountain Ski for your gear they’re great. Will be back again and hopefully not take 6 years like the last time."

"We had three families with a total of 12 people stay here and there was lots of extra room. We played games and cooked dinner each evening in the dinner/living room. Pool and foosball tables were fun additions that are downstairs. On top of this, we got lucky with a lot of snow to play in. South Fork is a relatively easy drive up to Wolf Creek each day."

"The Hideaway is aptly named, 3 miles up a dirt road from town. It is a beautiful home and as peaceful and quiet as we had hoped. The bedrooms are downstairs from the modern kitchen and comfortable living area. We usually bring our own set of kitchen knives as the many rental homes we have visited are usually lacking in that area, and this was no exception. "Our trip was a disaster because we lost our dog. BUT this hotel's staff was 100 out of 10. They helped look for him on their off hours. Posted fliers. Allowed us to print fliers. And offered a reward. When we were down they helped lift our spirits. NOW, on to the room. These guys work hard. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked with appliances. Anything we needed. This hotel was always full. Every night!"
