Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3000 sq ft. The home boasts two master suites, great for multi families, both with king size beds and pillow top mattress. The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and bunk beds. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress and a bunk bed loft with full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. There are two living rooms in the home one on the upper floor and the other on the main floor. The additional living room makes a great second hangout for the kids to enjoy! The main living room area, kitchen and dining room is 25 x 30 (750’), offering lots of space for relaxation with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. There is even a stone fireplace! A ping pong table is located in the third stall garage for some extra fun.

The home has its own, private heated pool! You will find two large decks overlooking the backyard and pool area.

The beach is just two blocks from the house. Guests have easy access to beach via tram. The tram is like an elevator it starts at top of bluff and drops you off at beach.

The location is perfect if you are looking for a getaway, yet wanting options to explore the city. Located between South Haven (5 minutes to downtown South Haven) and Saugatuck (15 minutes), there are a plethora of restaurants, public beaches, golf courses, wineries and entertainment.

Extra amenities to assist in making this a great vacation…. Flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, and a gas grill.

great location only minutes from downtown South Haven . Nice secluded feel with privacy for pool/swimming. Kitchen is on top floor - you will get your steps in every day.

Pretty Much Perfect for Our Group

This place worked out wonderfully for our group of 10 adults and 2 kiddos! The open space with kitchen, dining, living areas is perfect for large groups. The pool is great for the kids and the fire pit is amazing for evening hangs. A great place all around! Thank you!

Had a great weekend stay. The house was perfect and we loved having access to a private heated pool. A short walk to the tram takes you down to Lake Michigan. The only downside is that we didn’t have enough time! Will need to do a full week in the future!

Overall a great property for our group of 7 adults and 3 children. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The heated pool was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Unfortunately the hot tub is not available for use during summer months. The house is within easy driving distance to local attractions.

A great stay!

A great space for family and friends to visit! We especially enjoyed the pool. The kids could swim while the adults visited. We also used the grill one night. The fire pit was set up with wood but we didn’t have a chance to use it. A few extra amenities would have gone a long way to add to our comfort, but overall a great stay!

Family Vacation

Very nice property and very clean. The location was close to the downtown area, shops and restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the pool! Only issues were the mattresses on the king and queen beds in the two lower level bedrooms and no toaster- only a toaster oven that took awhile to toast.

Beautiful place

It’s was an amazing place to stay! Very nice and clean for us. The hot tub was awesome especially for an early October trip. The beach was kinda hard to get to because of bluff erosion, but once you figure it out it is quite accessible. Plenty of room for many people. Beautiful kitchen and places to chill and relax. Overall, very happy with the place and the owner was very easy to get in communication with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and quiet vacation!

Overall experience

The over experience was very nice. The heated pool was the best. The weather was only in the 60’s but with the pool it was good. The short drive the South Beach was great. The little shops at South Haven was nice. The only draw back was 24 hours before check in I was notified that the hot tub was closed.

Great House for Large Groups

The house looks even better in person!! It’s very spacious and provides plenty of room for large groups. It was also very clean and organized. We loved the pool!! My only complaints would be that Bob didn’t tell us about the bluff erosion until about a week before our arrival, even though he said it happened at the beginning of the year. We had to walk around the block to get to the tram/stair access to get to the beach. Also, all of the plates in the kitchen were chipped, toaster oven was dirty, and the kitchen wasn’t as “fully stocked” as we expected ( i.e only one roll of paper towel for 12 people for a long weekend, not enough aluminum foil, no pepper, no Ziploc bags/plastic bags). We had no problem bringing this stuff but we were under the impression it would’ve been provided.

Nice house but not near a nice beach

This is a nice house with four large bedrooms and a beautiful pool. The house is very clean and the owner is fast to respond to all questions leading up to our stay and during the stay. It's located about 10 minutes to downtown South Haven. The beach that is at the end of the street isn't very family friendly. It took our group 18 minutes to walk from the house to get to the beach using the tram. We had six adults and 6 children. It would have been a few minutes faster if we used the stairs. The tram is convenient. It just moves slowly. The beach itself is fairly small and the water is rocky with smaller pebbles and some larger rocks. There isn't any area of the water that is rock-free. You will need water shoes to enjoy this beach. The road and bluff have eroded away over the past few years and there is a lot of construction at the edge as people are trying to save their homes and property. This house is about five houses away from the edge, so no worries about this house. People still walk to the end of the street to watch the sunset. Google maps still shows this street at the end but it's completely washed away. Bob did tell us about the erosion and longer walk. We just weren't prepared for the rocky beach. We ended up driving to South Beach to enjoy that area. We did enjoy the pool at the house every day and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The brand new washer and dryer were also nice to have available. We also enjoyed the fire pit.
