Girl at front was not helpful when we complained the 2 rooms she assigned us. The hotel need repairs. It also give a “Section 8” feeling. People living in the hotel. My 2nd staying there. I don’t like it and wouldn’t recommend it. It needs new management supervision.

We had a family day that was close to this hotel. This is why I chose this particular one. I just spent one night here and it was perfect. I would stay again if I needed to. We spent most of our time with family and got here later than check in. Therefore we didn’t take advantage of the pool this time. The rooms were perfect for my husband, granddaughters and I.

the breakfast was good. The room we booked was 2 queen beds but they called us at 1:30 on 8/30 and said they overbooked the rooms and it was not available. They suggested a one king bed room which was not good because it was myself and my adult son and we needed 2 separate beds. After much debate ended up with a king bed and a queen size sofa sleeper-which was not very comfortable. Got to room and there were dirty smear marks in bathroom all over floor, sticky spots on coffee table and worst of all I pulled back the blanket on the king bed and the sheets were dirty, stained and had hair all over - so obviously they never changed them.
