"This is Not a 5 STAR facility and you know that going IN !! But for me a place to rest my head and shower in the AM and get back down the road , I Will Take IT !! Great Staff, well greeted and very informative for the area! This is not a high end , high profile place but the cost and the convenience were worthwhile !! The coffee counter wrapped up sooner than I would have expected since I thought that would be a reasonable perk in the lobby but only until 10 AM ! Other than that, quiet, plenty of space in the room! A cooktop, Mini Frig, microwave and plenty of towels & comfortable bed WIN !! Would stop here again !!"

"We loved our stay at the cabin! The owner communicated super clearly about everything and was a gracious host. We were surprised there was firewood included and really enjoyed the screened-in porch, which was great for birding! When we did leave to walk the dogs, we checked out the trail and spotted tons of different types of mushrooms. The drive to the cabin is very doable, but worth reading the instructions carefully beforehand. Working with the solar and water is just the same. It’s a beautiful place to stay, especially if you’re looking to slow down!"

"We stayed here specifically because my son loves fishing. The river was easily accessible and felt very private and peaceful, even though there were others fishing nearby. The cabin was charming and very clean. I absolutely love that the cabin was stocked with condiments and laundry detergent and more than one roll of toilet paper. Usually when we rent with VRBO, we end up spending money on things like toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments for our stay, and we didn’t have to do that this time. There were a lot of little thoughtful touches like this that we really appreciated. The owners were SO nice. Shortly after we settled in, my husband got stung by a wasp and we found a wasp’s nest. I messaged the owners to see if they had any wasp spray and they were there in less than 5 minutes taking care of the wasp nest, and they had Benadryl cream for my husband. They were SO apologetic and kind. We weren’t upset about the wasp’s nest, that’s not really something you can control, but I was really impressed with how responsive and quick they were. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay with them again if we return to the area."

"Great experience for Victorian era house! Loved all the furniture and the wrap around porch! Beds were comfy and the experience with the cows and the horses was amazing! Also loved the creek at the front of the house and the back where the cows are! Had a nice time!"

"This property would have to be the standard against which to measure all other small cabins. It helps that it is only a couple of years old, but the design was obviously well thought out and beautifully decorated. Windows were well placed to take advantage of the Mountain View’s and the front and back porch were comfortable. Other than personal products, everything was available in the cabin and accessible to guests. I would recommend this property to anyone—but save time for us to return because we WILL be back!"
