The place is really clean, air-conditioning works well, parking is easy. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Property manager was great with recommendations and answered all the questions I had

Property was as shown in pictures. The only issue are the 20 steep stairs to get to the second floor.

Lovely Bnb

Very clean inside. Simple entry. Very responsive host. Never disappointed when staying at Bo’s BnBs. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Exeter.

Everything was new (appliances, shower, etc) Close to everything, a short drive to the beach. There is a kids play place next door so that was a bit noisy in the morning but not the fault of the property.

Summmer stay

Greg was great with communication. He was able to provide answers fo all questions asked. I think our booking should have been reviewed prior since only 2 towels was provided yet 3 people were staying. Also perhaps an iron and iron board can be made available. Other than that it was a great stay. Would high recommend tasty bites for breakfast.
