"From check-in to check-out the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, pool, and breakfast area were all very clean. My kids loved the pool area! We had a great experience!"

"The room was not super clean, there was a trail of ants leading out of the window when we got there, and the floor was so dirty that when we wiped a little bit of water off the floor it was really dirty, the bed was also really lumpy and the sheets felt like they were really scratchy. The breakfast was also not that great. I mean I know it was free breakfast, but we stayed there for 4 days and they didn’t change the breakfast except for yogurt for cottage cheese, and it was basically the most basic breakfast you could think of. Overall it was an ok place for us to rest for the day, and it was near a lot of good things, but would not recommend and not be going back"

"Hotel is run down. Rooms are dirty. Carpet and furniture needs deep cleaning. Couch was falling apart. All our rooms smelled bad and they are using some kind of deodorizer that gave us terrible headaches. Pool was murky. Breakfast was awful. Staff was rude. Key card frequently stopped working and had to return to front desk to reactivate. Doors are heavy and slam the hardest I have ever heard in a hotel. No in room amenities were provided, we had to go out and buy hand soap. This hotel may of had awards in 2024 but they haven’t had any upkeep."
