Enjoy the leg massage boots in the master bedroom closet, with a high-end massage theragun to loosen up after travel or a long day. Take a nice bath in your private bathroom, sink into our memory foam mattresses and high-end silk sheets with your loved ones, or friends! Enjoy the mountain views, and endless walking trails around the home, there's such much to see here at our South Jordan Retreat.

- Custom Game Room & Arcade with NBA Jam, Pac-Man, and Mortal Kombat machines

- Ping-pong / Game Lounge with Netflix TV and kitchenette (fridge + oven)

- Fully stocked kitchen with premium appliances, if you find something you needed but we didn't have we pride ourselves to add it to our kitchen collection!

- Large dining table for 10 + bar seating for 4—perfect for gatherings - more seating at table bar in arcade area and plenty of standing room.

- Private fenced backyard with BBQ grill & yard games

- Laundry Room (washer & dryer) and baby crib/pack n' play for infants. They deserve their beauty sleep too ;)



PARKING

The home features a LARGE 3 car garage with a tandem long enough to hold most general sized trucks, or suburbans. There are also corresponding parking places (3) on the driveway off street, totaling 6 cars max for our property. Street parking is limited so please be sure to reach out if you feel you will have more.



SMOKING & VAPING

We are a smoke free property, this is non-negotiable. There are walking trails nearby you can go smoke at, however we ask you please respect the property being a smoke free area, for kids and future guests. Smoking or illegal drugs found on the property will incur a minimum $500 fine.



PETS

We love our furry friends and allow for one pet per stay! Please identify this pet with the host prior to your arrival to make sure everything is aligned and clear. Guests who do not choose to inform but bring pets onto the property will be required to pay the pet fee, and subject to further fines.
