The Gracie May Pool house

Your get-away property is truly a gem, offering a fantastic yard with a pool, hot tub, and a sports court for basketball or pickleball. There is no extra charges to use the pool, but please note that it’s shared with our family and Swimply guests, so scheduling is required. If your only reason for booking is for the pool you might consider just using Swimply to book the pool. In the summer the pool and yard does get booked often. In the winter, we don’t heat the pool but rather use the pool for cold therapy (Ice Baths) and you’re more than welcome to use it. Our routine typically involves 3-10 minutes in the cold water, followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub, repeating as needed to heal and reduce inflammation.

Our house is conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shopping options, yet it’s nestled in a peaceful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Please be aware that our family lives on-site at the Gracie May Resort House. We don’t allow parties and we really try to keep good relations with our neighbors . We do have an additional separate entrance bedroom above the pool house available for an additional $100 per night if you need more space.
