"Check in staff - interesting response Guess it was nearly 5pm on Thursday night! Pet friendly would be good - would have loved to bring our cavoodle. Place was lovely and clean - cleaners missed clearing top track of dishwasher - cutlery draw 1 items wasn’t clean - all good though. "

"It was good. We booked two rooms and one was better than the other. One was loud poor layout and a lot of sunlight Bedding blankets wasn’t great. "

"Fantastic stay!! The reception was so welcoming (and smelled delightful) and the staff on the desk were so friendly and helpful. The lovely lady who checked us in remembered us during our stay which was so thoughtful. The lagoon pool is literally incredible. So big and spacious with ample pool lounges. We are enjoyed that the pool area was open until 10pm and enjoyed a late night swim/spa. Our room was so spacious, comfortable bed and fantastic in room spa. Honestly we can’t wait to return again soon!"

"The location was good.The photo's are quite decieving.Taken from certain vantage points to avoid showing you that the apartment is run down.Cracks in walls,paint missing,dead plants,stains over the tiles,stuff in the cupboards just throw in.The apartment building itself was not taken care of..certainly was not worth the almost 900 we paid for 2 nights."

"Good location clean well appointed Villa. No hot water on the first day. Turns out it was a dual gas cylinder driven system. No information on this topic in the Villa manual. Contact was made on the emergency number left. Email response sites the issue but the tone was rather scolding in that we should have used the portal or something like that. We switched the cylinders over and hot water restored. Update of the Villa manual recommended."
