  • 2 bedroom cottage newly renovated and fully equipped, sleeps up to eight people, cottage is directly across the street from the marinas watch the boats go by from the front patio, walk to the water, walk to East Matunuck beach or Matunuck Oyster bar, and all the local restaraunts its 5 minute drive to route 1 that takes you to all the beaches, take advantage of the local boat launch, our cottage comes with outdoor shower, grill, lawn furniture, 4 kayaks for
    your pleasure at no extra charge. (Use at your own risk)
