Master Bedroom with King size Bed and Master Bathroom with Tile Shower, Walk in Closet.

2nd Bedroom Queen Size Bed with closet and dresser.

Flex room with Desk, daybed and trundle under.

Washer/Dryer on 2nd Floor.

Full Bath on 2nd Floor with Tub/Shower Combination.

Living Room with Sectional Couch and 50` smart TV.

Dining Room with seating for 6.

Kitchen stocked with dining and cooking supplies.

Patio with Furniture, Grill and firepit. Back up to woods for a peaceful setting!

Outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach! Towels, beach chairs and a cooler provided.

Michaela is available by her cellphone throughout duration of stay.
- No parties or large gatherings. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum after 9pm.

-No guests permitted on the property at anytime unless they are a registered guest. There are no exceptions to this rule.

-If there is any evidence of a party or a large gathering Guests can be asked to leave with no refund given.

- All types of smoking are prohibited inside the home. We charge an additional$500 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence or odor from smoking.

- Pets are not allowed inside the house. We charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets inside the home.

Excellent property, quiet, and SUPER clean

We feel we were quite fortunate for finding this property last minute. It is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood and with everything you need for a home away from home. The house is SUPER clean and full of cozy areas where the kids hung out. Michaela was super prompt with our questions, so big shoutout. Fully recommend this place, really worth it.
