Family Ski Trip at Tahoe

The overall experience is good. The kitchen is a bit small, and HVAC in the kitchen / living room is loud. The water in the hot tub needs to change. The location of this hotel is very good, Whole Food and various restaurants are nearby, and there's a shuttle runs between hotel and the California Lodge at Heavenly.

Great location, TV’s didn’t work.

The place was clean, great local but the TV’s didn’t work. First we were told it would be fixed the next day. Then we were told ALL TV’s were out and they were working with the cable co. to fix it, but we found out that was a lie. The bar TV’s worked and when I asked around, other people said their TV’s were fine. This did not make me happy.

The location was great! THe hotel had great amenities such as the game room that we took alot of advantage of with the storm that blew in. Having a kitchen was fantastic as we love to cook.

We had an amazing time. Room was ready for us ahead of time which was a big bonus as a snow storm was moving in. Room was updated, clean and cozy. Our daughter LOVES the pool and hot tub. We had a great stay. Looking forward to coming again next year.
