About this property
Private Boat Dock + BBQ Patio | Tahoe Keys Waterfront | Dock & Pine
Set along the quiet canals of Tahoe Keys — one of South Lake Tahoe's most sought-after waterfront pockets — this three-story condo puts the lake practically in your backyard. A private boat dock sits just off the home, so mornings start with coffee at the water's edge and afternoons end tying up after a day out on Lake Tahoe. Inside, the open main level keeps the group together: a comfortable living area flows into a full kitchen and a dining table for six, with a bar and beverage fridge for pouring something cold once the boat's put away.
The outdoor space is where this place earns its name. A covered lounge with a sofa gives you a shaded spot to sink into with a book, while the upstairs patio balcony sets up with a propane BBQ, a chair to catch the sun, and long looks across the water toward Heavenly, Freel Peak, and the pines. When the sun drops, the game cabinet takes over — cards, Yahtzee, Bingo, Farkle, and the always-competitive Know It or Blow It tend to keep everyone at the table well past dinner.
The layout suits a small crew or a couple of families: two queen bedrooms and a twin room, with a pack 'n play tucked into the twin room for the littlest travelers. An in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and head home with clean bags.
Being in the Keys is its own draw. The flat, walkable streets are made for after-dinner strolls and easy bike rides, with meadow and Mt. Tallac views around nearly every corner. Tahoe Keys guest access opens up the community's amenities — indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, seven tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a private beach and pier, all a short walk from the door. Just up the road, the Tahoe Keys Marina rents boats, kayaks, and paddleboards and launches you straight onto the lake.
There's plenty within easy reach, too. Pope Beach and the south shore's sandy stretches are a couple of miles off, Heavenly's slopes sit about four miles away for winter laps or summer gondola rides, and the restaurants and nightlife at Stateline are a quick drive. Point the car west and Emerald Bay's postcard overlook is roughly twenty minutes on — an easy morning out before heading back to the dock. It's waterfront Tahoe living with the whole south shore at your fingertips.
