The hotel is recently renovated so everything was very clean and easy to use. they offer hot chocolate and coffee 24 hours at the lobby. indoor pool is a big Plus in winter time. We'll stay again.

The staff has worked hard and we can see it. We checked in early with ease and everything went through smoothly. There were snow storms, customers needed help with many things and they provided them professionally. Decent quality of breakfast and coffee all day all night, very appreciated.

I asked for adjoining rooms since we were traveling as a family of eight, and the staff went above and beyond to make it happen! Great that they have flowing coffee, tea and hot choco at the lobby but sometimes coffee is not hot enough Front desk personnel are not very accommodating and not courteous at all. Also a bit unprofessional as people at the lobby can hear them talking about their personal matters when there are no clients being assisted.

The hotel is relatively new and has good amenities. We were particularly impressed with the complementary breakfast that had more variety than most hotel breakfasts.

I felt the advertisement of an on-site restaurant was misleading. There is a fast-food burger joint that shares a wall with the hotel and will deliver to food to the hotel, but otherwise one is left to eat out or order via DoorDash. Additionally, this burger joint does not specialize in any sort of Asian cuisine as advertised; it’s burgers. Breakfast was decent but could benefit from real eggs rather than powdered eggs. Additionally, there is a fair amount of artificial room fragrance used upon entering the facility, which is offensive to those who are sensitive to artificial fragrance. Otherwise, the room was clean and relatively comfortable.

We travel a lot and this was our best stay. New facility, really clean. Loved that you can crack the windows open a little to vent the room. Loved that the pool was open late til 11pm and breakfast was served til 10am. Loved that there was plenty of towels by the pool and even toys for the kids to play with. Super awesome stay.
