    Tastefully appointed, your studio with a loft boasts vaulted ceilings with skylights and a modern open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and the kitchen bar is perfect for mealtime. Gather beside the gas fireplace and watch TV or play board games after a fun-filled day. Step out on the furnished balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.



    Things to Know

    Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Amazing Condo at Lakeland Village

The Condo was in a perfect location for tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and the lake. The bike trail is beautiful and takes you miles along South Lake Tahoe! Would definately come back!!

Great home, great staff, great location

The home had everything you need to enjoy a nice vacation. Fully stocked kitchen in a great location. The local staff was very helpful and kind- they made everything so easy. The private beach had some of the most beautiful views and the pools and hot tubs were a great bonus. Will be back for sure!
