Welcome to this amazing lake house. This home is newly remodeled with so much added charm it will make you smile. It is all the little things that make this very unique home something special. Located in the Tahoe Keys and available for short term renting because it is a hosted rental (permit HRP-108) . The home is at the end of a lagoon. With lovely walking trails just steps away. There are vacant lots on either side of the home for added privacy and better views. Seeing that this home is in the Tahoe Keys. You will be centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. Close to all the activities the area has to offer.
This lake house is about 4,100 sf of multi-levels that include decks and a rooftop terrace with a fire pit. This roof top area is a fabulous place to relax with friends and family and watch the sunset. Inside the home you will find 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All beautifully decorated in a way that embraces the lake life. The kitchen was designed to make anyone feel like they could cook a 5 star meal. With its top of the line appliances and beautiful quartz countertops, you can't help but fall in love with cooking. With the open concept living space you can engage with family and friends while making your amazing dinner. They say the heart of the house is the kitchen. This kitchen is just that.
A few of the little details you will find in the home are a wet bar with a fusion of wood & tile. Reclaimed cedar stair, with a hand-woven jute rope banister that leads to an upper family room. The home has 3 beautiful gas fireplaces. Custom bunk beds of repurposed dock boards & locker room style bath features 2 shower stalls, concrete counters & barge wood splash. Lets not forget about the soaking tub where nature's framed by a wall of glass in the luxurious primary suite. The yard is fenced in with a Bocce ball area. I could go one but you will just have to see it for yourself. You can have 6 adults and 8 children under 5 years old for the city code . 1-2 portable AC units are provided upon request.

We spent our annual summer family vacation in South Lake Tahoe and this property did not disappoint. This property is perfect for large families as there are plenty of bedrooms and areas of the home we could retreat to. We had three separate families all under one roof and we never felt like we were on top of one another. The yard was awesome, the lagoon with paddle boards, the amazing bunk room for the grandkids, the rooftop hang out and the fire pit was great to gather around. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Kyle was awesome to deal with! He was VERY responsive and went above and beyond for us. The house host was very friendly and accommodating as well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful, luxury access to adventure
We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious home in the Tahoe Keys. Access to the Keys and hiking trails directly from the backyard made the stay super special! We enjoyed making food in the kitchen made for Top Chef with state of the art appliances. The house design is modern with the luxury bathrooms and bedrooms. Our family of 6, plus our dog, and another family of four fit comfortably. Kind-friendly, too, as our group of 6 kiddos range from 5-15!
We are hoping to rent the same house again next year! Highly recommended to family and friends!

Spacious Modern for Large Groups!
This rental had pretty much everything you needed, it was spacious and modern, not to mention all the natural light you receive. Property manager was responsive, and office was always available to answer questions. One thing to note is that host lives in ADU which wasn't clarified in the listing. Due to this, my dog kept barking every time person passed the shared corridor - something to keep in mind if you have a dog. Also, grass was closed for seeding - I wish this was communicated when reserving, because this mattered for my dog. Overall, enjoyable stay.
