Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles with 2 spaces in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Please note that the owners' closet is locked and not available for guest use.

A car is recommended to fully explore the region, though local transit options make getting around South Lake Tahoe effortless. On-site parking is provided for 6 vehicles. The home's location provide easy routes to Heavenly Village, Nevada Beach, and Tahoe Keys.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Access to the front door requires walking up a set of 17 exterior stairs from the driveway.
