Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
Cute, nice place. Easy to communicate with management. As others noted, close to main road, and noisy. This particular unit number 3 has a plumbing issue. It should be fixed so that management will remove the warning instruction in the bathroom: Do not flush toilet paper! To be fair, I do not think anyone renting a place in the USA, would expect this plumbing complication.

Overpriced

The room was clean and all amenities worked. The location is great for accessing Heavenly resort. The two major issues were soundproofing and bedding. There is a nice TV in every room, and we could hear the TV and conversation going on in the rooms on both sides. This was especially an issue at night, as some guests stayed up watching TV after midnight. Because you are right next to the main road, the sound of traffic makes it difficult to spend time in the room during the day. The bedding was rather thin, and no additional blankets were available in the closet. Overall, it was equivalent to a motel room. I would not pay more than $100 a night for this in the future.
