Plenty of Room to Gather

The heart of the home is the huge open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area—the perfect place to share meals, play games, relax after a day of adventure, or gather around for a movie night. Unfortunately the fireplace is not operational.



The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and features a private ensuite bathroom.



Upstairs, the fun continues in the game room, complete with a pool table and TV with Roku, giving everyone a place to unwind and enjoy some friendly competition.



Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with four bedrooms:



Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with private ensuite bathroom, located on the main floor.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bedroom 3: Queen bed.



Bedroom 4: A great setup for families, with two queen beds plus a cozy nook featuring two twin beds.



Enjoy the Outdoors

The large fenced backyard gives everyone room to stretch out and enjoy the fresh Tahoe air. It's a great spot for kids to play, families to relax, or everyone to gather after a day of exploring.



Close to Everything Tahoe

Edgewood Retreat is centrally located with an easy drive to many of South Lake Tahoe's favorite destinations. Spend the day at the beach, hit the slopes at Heavenly, explore the lake and surrounding trails, or head out for shopping and dining.



For groceries and essentials, the new Save Mart is just minutes away. And if you're looking for a local favorite, stop by The Cork & More, a beloved deli and wine shop that's perfect for picking up something special for your stay.



You'll also have the convenience of a one-car garage and a large laundry room, making longer stays especially comfortable.

The Space:

You will receive a code to the lock box before arrival!



Guest Access:

There is a paved driveway and 1 car garage, you are allowed to bring 3 cars. There is a private entrance to the home.



The Neighborhood:

Very quiet neighborhood, easy access off the main road, but the street is quiet and peaceful



Getting Around:

It is an easy walk to Save Mart but a car would be needed for other locations.

You will be sent check in instructions and entry code prior to arrival, but we are always available to help or answer questions
