  • Historic Church Parsonage built in 1897 next to the old Methodist Church. This completely updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for families or small groups up to 20. Situated in one of the earliest local settlements, South Lebanon, Ohio. Walking distance to the Little Miami river canoe access point and just across the river from the state’s longest bike trail which runs for 326 miles. Easy access to grocery, shopping, restaurants, 5 min to I-71, 10 min to Kings Island amusement park.

    This 2-story historic home offers all there is to have in a Prime Location! Family and Friends, you will find this house to be fully accommodating. - Onsite Parking - 2 full bathrooms - State of the art fully equipped kitchen - 3 bedrooms (3 Queens, 4 triple bunk beds) - Fully Stocked Kitchen - Washer/Dryer - Latest features and smart technologies - Smart TV - High speed wifi - Smart Fridge - Smart Locks for Access

    The entire house is yours. The rear parking lot is shared with the church venue. We will let you know if you will need to share that space in advance.

    Our professionally hosted property management company will be available to take care of any of your needs. They are local so onsite service will be available if anything comes up.

    Located down the street is Rogers Park which has baseball / softball fields and canoe access to the Little Miami River. Bike directly over to the Erie Bike Trail which allows you to bike all the way into downtown Cincinnati with many local breweries on your way. Food, Shopping, and Grocery stores are all within 2 miles.

    You will need your own car to get to our location. Once here, you can choose from biking, to kayaking to canoeing on how you go from there.

Great place for a family get-together. Kids loved the room with the bunk beds.

Great Wolf Lodge with the Grandkids

We had a great weekend. Beds were all comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the triple bunk beds. It was a 10 minute drive to GWL, which was our main goal, and would be the perfect place in the warmer months since Kings Island was right there too.

Awesome House for a Large Family Weekend

Instructions and check in / out were simple, property was immaculately cleaned and guests were impressed with all new appliances and furniture (or at least they looked the part!). No outside interference from the neighborhood. It fulfilled the 'quiet spot for a company retreat' box perfectly. Thanks!
