"Amber was who we checked in with. My wife and I were staying at the hotel for our 21 anniversary. I asked Amber if she had any anniversary specials. She said let me see what we can do. Later that night we got back to the room and there were anniversary balloons with a bag of waters, popcorn and M & Ms. That meant a lot to us. Thank you Amber."

Checked us in was so helpful apparently I booked the hotel twice but she was able to get it cancel and she helped us with the address where to return the rental car.
