"Rooms and halls felt dirty and run down. Time for a refresh. Also, no continental breakfast was disappointing. Room was expensive especially for no free breakfast. Shuttle from and to the airport was great."

"This is an older property but it is clean and has a historic feel to it. Check in was easy and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. We arrived on Thursday and left early on Friday. It wasn’t until Sunday that we realized , as we were heading back home, that we left a good amount of cash in the room safe. Since we were passing through Reno again, we took a chance and stopped off at the hotel, hoping, but not expecting, that we would get the contents back. We explained the situation to the front desk person who was very helpful. He took all the information down and said I would be contacted by the manager the next day. I received the call the next day and was told that they did have the safe contents and arrangements were made to have it FedExed to me. I received the contents this morning, earlier than expected. While this property is not glitzy or new, it is clean, comfortable, and cozy. I would certainly stay here again if I were to be in the Reno area again."
