"When we arrived, our room had a significant cleaning solution/perfumy scent which had triggered an asthma reaction for my partner. Upon advising the staff, Shannon at reception went above and beyond to find us another room. We ended up in a fabulous room that was very clean with more than ample amenities we would need. Mandy at the buffet breakfast was lovely and upbeat. She also went above and beyond for one of my friends who had a food allergy. The food quality and price was amazing. Well done to the staff! Fantastic service! We'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time 😁"
